Shipping Policy

Processing time
Orders are typically processed and booked for shipment within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping partner
All orders are shipped via Leopards Courier across Pakistan.

Shipping rates
Standard shipping costs Rs 199–250 depending on order weight and destination, calculated automatically at checkout.

Delivery timeline
Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your city. Delivery times may be longer for remote areas.

Order tracking
Once your order is booked with Leopards Courier, you will receive a tracking number (CN) so you can track your shipment's status.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for most locations across Pakistan. Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. Orders refused at the time of delivery will be treated as cancelled — see our Return and Refund Policy for details.

Prepaid orders
For orders paid online, your order will only be shipped once payment has been confirmed. If paying via direct bank transfer, please allow additional time for us to manually verify the payment before dispatch.

Delivery issues
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@bodystrongx.com with your order number so we can follow up with the courier on your behalf.

Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package needs to be re-sent due to an address error.

International shipping
We currently only ship within Pakistan.
